3D Movies with Meta Quest
AWESOME! WOW! This is probably what you said when you watched a 3D movie for the first time. You can get that same feeling again with 3D in VR! This guide will help you get started with watching 3D movies on your Meta Quest VR system. Step 1: Get a player for your headset! I recommend Bigscreen mainly because it’s free and easy to use. Other paid alternatives are Moon VR Player and SkyBox . I have SkyBox and it’s just okay. Not as many environment options (virtual movie theaters/locations) as Bigscreen but it does boast that it’s better quality but I can’t tell the difference. I have yet to try Moon VR Player but it has outstanding customer support and a large community. Step 2: Get some movies! On Bigscreen, you can rent some select movies. They don’t have the Marvel movies, Hobbit, or Avatar but there are a few good ones in there like Star Trek Into Darkness and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
